A return-shipping fee may apply when using a provided label or QR code.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with tags attached. Most eligible products may be returned within 365 days of shipment.

Customized, personalized, game-used, trading-card break and final-sale items are not eligible unless damaged or incorrect.

Find the order using its number and email, select eligible items and follow the return instructions.

After inspection, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies.

Eligible items can be dropped off with a QR code where the service is offered.

Pack eligible items, attach the provided label and bring the parcel to an accepted UPS location.
