Came with Stains. No time to exchange.
I have a picture on my phone but this page will not allow it. I am not sure which criteria for pictures it does not meet, but it is very silly to have multiple criteria for uploading a pic. Do you want it or not? Hope about you have criteria that literally meet typical cell phone pictures?
The jersey: Poor quality control sent us a stained jersey. It was a present for family visiting from Germany and we had no time for a return exchange. Worst case scenario! The AI assistant quickly offered a refund upon return or an exchange on return. So it seems that the situation could have been easily remedied but not with our tight timeline.

Took 1 month to fulfill a simple order
I can't review the item, only MLS store's lack of customer service. I ordered on March 1 for a birthday in the middle of the month. They said it was ready to ship on the 9th with estimated delivery by the 13th. It sat not moving for a week. I tried to reach customer support, but MLS store only uses AI chatbots, who told me I had to wait until the 23rd because that was the end of the delivery window (a lie, since you can see they said between 13-19 in the initial order). As expected, they missed delivery on the 23rd and finally agreed to re-ship the item. They couldn't even get the 2nd delivery there on time. First they rescheduled it from the 30 to 31, then on the 31 they couldn't even keep the delivery timeframe they promised.
At no point did Fanatics/MLS Store apologize for their mistake or offer expedited shipping since they screwed it up. I just missed the birthday by a mile and had to live with it.
They have a 1.3 out of 5 rating on Trustpilot, most people with similar stories as mine. Do not support this trash organization.
